Maverick, iconoclast and visionary architect and designer Duangrit Bunnag has created a contemporary Thai icon for the ages with Hotel de la Paix Cha Am Beach. By turns luxurious, Spartan, brutal, beguiling, subtle and a show off, this resort-as-architect-statement has certainly made waves in placid Cha Am.
